Sponsor A Child

In order to protect patient privacy and ensure confidentiality of HIV/AIDS patients in rural Ghana, no personal information will be listed on the internet. If you are interested in sponsorship, please read the information below and email Livinus.

There are three sponsorship programs available: sponsoring a child, sponsoring an adult, and sponsoring a family.

Sponsoring a Child:

Many of are children at New Seed International are in need of significant financial assistance. In order to care for these children, New Seed International tries to assist with school fees, medication, doctor visits, clothes, and food. The price of sponsoring most children is $32 US Dollars a month.

Sponsoring an Adult:

Along with the Child Sponsorship Program, NSI is now also offering an Adult Sponsorship Program. Once a person in the community becomes infected with HIV, they often lose any means of support they had prior to diagnosis. This includes not only any income, but often the support of family and friends.

Adult Sponsorship varies in price, but for as little as just $6 US dollars a month you can provide antiretroviral medication to one patient.

Sponsoring a Family:

Many of the patients we serve through New Seed International are families with multiple HIV+ individuals. Families can include a number of children cared for by a guardian, a husband and wife, a mother and her children or a father and his children. Again, because the size of the family can vary, sponsorship prices vary as well.
